  • Let's be frank, I always suspected that Venti got Kazuha drunk on purpose to avoid being heard. From numerous times, Kazuha has shown to posses amazing hearing and nose senses due his Anemo-related skills, even from a long distance.
  • Venti's always been such an interesting character to me. I love the subtle difference between venti and barbatos and its always been obvious to me that he's playing dumb. He knows ALOT more that he lets on but chooses to act dumb and keep things from the traveler for some reason. He's also probably strong as heck and let signora take his gnosis on purpose
  • @effrosynh
Venti is keeping so many secrets from us but then again he's still one of the characters i trust the most
  • One tidbit you'd notice with Venti is the promise he makes to the Traveler. He promised that he'll always be with the Traveler, "Whenever you need me, I'll always be by your side" (Teapot). Think about who rescues the Traveler: Venti, Childe, Xiao, Thoma, Kazuha, Shenhe, Xiao (2.8), (Tighnari would also technically fit....). Notice a common theme among those who save the Traveler. Most of them are Anemo Users (Venti himself, Xiao, Kazuha). So in a way, Venti is always there for us. Let's not forget the little achievement you get for sitting in the hands of the Anemo Archon statue, "Beloved of the Anemo Archon." You don't get an achievement like that in any of the other regions. Venti even calls you, "My Warrior," in the Teapot. This hints how close Venti was with the Traveler, whether it be in the past, present, or future. Also the Traveler's ascension material is a Windwheel Aster. While this could be a gameplay mechanic, I don't think it's a coincidence. One of the presents Venti gives you in his birthday mail are 10 Windwheel Asters. The Traveler gives Thoma Windwheel Asters in his Hangout. Windwheel Asters are strongly associated with wind, similar to Cecilias. Both grow in places where there's wind Asters grow in gentle winds, Cecilia grow in harsh winds). Am I reading too much into this.

Also in the Sumeru wind glider lore it says a wind glider wouldn't work if it didn't have the blessing of the Anemo Archon. A master from Sumeru once tried to make a wind glider that can work without the Anemo Archon's blessing but he ultimately couldn't. In the end, he accepted the lesson that everything must adhere to the truths of this world, and the gods' blessings are a part of how the world works. It's just crazy to me how Venti is making every single wind glider in Teyvat work
  • @savrtuthd
There must be a reason why we still dont have Venti's story quest part 2, I bet it's a massive lore bomb.
  • @surprisednt
I think that secretly all the archons want to help Tsaritsa defeat Celestia. NO way a whole Archon got kicked and his gnosis stolen this easily. Why does Zhongli hides why he gave the gnosis away?even if its for a contract, this is sus. Why does Yae so easily give the Gnosis to Scaramouche?this is all very sus
  • Can I appreciate how much Aster's voice resembled Venti's? I thought that was an actual voice line at first
  • Also: -Jean said Tsaritsa jealous of Barbatos power for unknown reason (Archon Quest: scene of Jean and diplomats) -Abyss Order only take direct action in Mondstadt compare to others country. They only interested in Khaenriah or fallen nation related and secretive but go full on invasion in Mondstadt. -Spiral abyss in Musk reef -The numerous abyss portal including assension quest to level up world level is Mondstadt. -Lumine cutscene 500 years ago located near thousand winds temple -The upside down Barbatos statue in Liyue. Out of all 7 why use his statue?

I think venti telling us he's the weakest is definitely a power move, especially when you consider his element, wind is literally the unseen element, its always there, yet you never pay it any mind. Thats who venti is, he's probably one of the strongest archons yet he never draws attention to himself because thats beats the purpose of his element.
  • @guss-g8054
I’m sorry there is no way that venti is the “weakest archon” because A: Kusanali B: there ain’t no way that hoyoverse gave the weakest archon the strongest chess piece as their gnosis
  • @AzA609
I want to see that moment when Venti shows us his real full power, which we have never actually seen. He pretends to be weak and small, but this is all an act, he is a bard so he knows all too well how to perform an act. He planned his "ambush" by Signora, otherwise he would have sensed her or chased her away. Also when he "defended" himself against Signora his hair didn't glow, which means he wasn't actually using his power (Archons have their hair glow when using their power). His body is fake and so is his goofy personality. Him calling himself weak is another of his giant lies. He says this to make others see him as weak so they underestimate his real potential for threat. Why is he lying to us? Is he a friend or a foe? Imagine the scenes and how cool it would look like when Venti finally shows us his real immense strength. Picture this, Venti is backed into a corner by a powerful foe, a real threat that is capable of killing him (probably a superpowerd person from Celestia). This would be when his "Venti" human form fades away and he becomes pure wind and shows his real self as an omnipresent disembodied voice coming from every direction. This is his true form, not the human Venti or his initial small wind spirit form, he is pure wind and power. His enemy would be really scared as they now know they have underestimated the wrath of Barbatos. 😲
  • @_keykc_3432
The fact is this.. Venti was a wind spirit before being an archon but we don’t know how much lifespan a wind spirit has and what capabilities it hides. It feels like Venti is the closest archon we have but when you look into it he is actually the one we know less of
  • It's almost like, when Venti said that he was the weakest, he knew that he would be attacked later, so he said that so that the Traveler would not be suspicious on how he was overpowered so easily. He wanted to give the gnosis to Tsaritsa without showing his true intentions with that. So, can Venti see the future? Hmmmmmmm 🤨
  • @LeeraChan
Venti has been suspicious to me for a long time and I love it. He seems to be a very loving god who has a lot of trust in his people, being there for them when they truly need them but otherwise having them do their own thing. But he also just, you know, changes the whole landscape of Mondstadt including getting rid of Pilos Peak and making sure that the tiny bit that is left of it, the Musk Reef, is left alone and not being traveled to much by other people. Obviously because the entrance to the Abyss is there but that makes it more peculiar since he doesn't talk about that at all. And I vaguely remember the traveler asking Venti why he changed the landscape and Venti answered something along the lines of "to make the land more fruitful and liveable for everyone" and completely changes the topic afterwards. Mondstadt was VERY different in the past and Venti shuts down any questions about that. It's quite interesting.
  • @daargran
people are always forgetting this line he said in the mondstadt archon quest he says to the traveler after they purify the tear: "Oh a hero so bright, should they stand in the light, but stand in the shade, youll be met by a blade..." Venti stright up threatens the traveler telling them they better stay on the light side or else there will be reprocussions.
  • @fafnirable1
Venti, Zhongli, and Kusanali all have shown evidence of leaving out information. If you also take Mona's voice line about Venti into consideration, Venti is hiding way more than we would like to admit
  • @LiamAnthony_
I find it interesting that it's been well over a year and we dont seem to have asked Venti yet about Khaenri-ah, despite asking Zhongli about it in his second story quest quite soon after. Of course, Venti has only been seen in limited timed events since We Will Be Reunited, so it makes sense as to why - but it's pretty interesting that both Zhongli and Ei have two story quests each whilst Venti still only has one.
  • @khaliquet1
Considering he was merely a wispy spirit before he became Venti, it's safe to say he knows A LOT, more so than Zhongli
