Eddie Van Halen, the man that changed the game in ways no one thought was possible. The legend, the myth, the alien....EVH, WE MISS YOU!
  • @Beerglass1980
When Quincy Jones ask EVH how much he wanted to play the solo in MJ'S Beat it, he said that he only wanted a case of beer, lol😂
  • Eddie was always smiling. He loved playing so much. That one man has inspired millions of guitar players after him, including some who became legends themselves. This is my favorite reaction though, Mr. Roy's enthusiasm was the best! Thank you, gentlemen.

I saw Van Halen back in the 70s. I’ve still got my ticket stub. ❤

Professor Eddie Van Halen’ s Final Lesson is for everyone to remember him by and how he is a Legend and what he can show you how to play like him RIP Eddie much Love - Eruption

I saw Eddie 5 times between 1978 and 1984. This was before the Internet and YouTube so you only understood his greatness if you were there to experience it live.

I miss Eddie's beautiful smile 😢 thank you for the gift of your music you left us 🤍
  • @Bill_Jones.
Eddie incorporated a lot of his classical music background into his Eruption solo, and it sounds amazing.

This is to guitar playing what Jurassic Park was to CGI. Game changer and a shock to the system.

Now if you haven’t already you need to do Stevie Ray Vaughan-Texas Flood live at the El Mocambo. Prepare to be astounded 🖖🏻🇨🇦

Just remember guys, there is no best! Just different. I can always listen to this and love seeing others for the first time.

Watching the video shows his talent but when I saw him in concert, I felt the magic along with everyone there during the concerts. The guitar became an extension of him and he carried you on a magical journey.

Eddie Van Halen plays the guitar riff in Michael. Jackson’s song Beat It. He requested his name stay off the credits. He was just excited to be a part of it.
  • Your ears have been blessed. I saw Van Halen in 1979…. my ears were never the same.❤️🎥❤️

Now you see what inspired Michael J Fox in Back to the Future. “ Your kids are gonna love it!”
  • @Neonbob
If there was anyone possessed by a Guitar. It was Eddie 🔥🤘 They were meant for each other.

I love watching people’s first time genuine reactions seeing Eddie, especially when I know what they’re about to witness!!!
