Sound Cues in Destiny 2 are very underrated and actually provide a TON of valuable information that players can use to gain an advantage in PvP. In many cases, the sounds are even more valuable than the radar! This video explains how you can use sound cues to become more aware in the Crucible and become an overall better PvP player. Top Destiny players pay close attention to certain sound cues to make better decisions, but I feel like newer Destiny players tend to not know how to act on these sounds, or they just ignore them altogether. Hopefully this video helps you learn what sounds are important so that you can be a better player.

Sound cues are great! I actually love momentum control to break my radar crutch habits! But I also practice without sound too just to improve my all around game sense!
  • Sounds are more valuable than radar in momentum control, that’s for sure

I love that you made this! After your poll the other day and I voted sound was very important or the most or something… I can’t remember the options tbh but for me it’s paramount. I play almost completely off sound a lot of the time if I’m peek shooting a lane or something. Radar and what-not isn’t fast enough while I’m looking at target, etc.

0:08 ah, I see that shadow uses the best sniper there is out there
  • Amazing work on these videos lately. Really valuable information. I somehow intuitively knew when I heard a enemy super pop, but I never knew why. Great to gretsome clarity on that, among many other things.

Definitely the first video I have seen focusing on sound! Thanks mate!
  • This is an amazing video, been playing since D2 beta and didn’t know a bunch of these
  • Lol 6 days ago I posted on reddit asking about help with sound and shotgun rushers and this is 100x more helpful with all the testing and comparisons.
  • Fantastic idea for a video! I love it! I've honestly been looking for a video on this
  • Sounds are extremely valuable. I've known that so I almost didn't watch this, however, you hit on sounds I didn't knownor understand. Thanks! The biggest sound cue that saves me alot is the sound of the Jotunn. I am a blink warlock and as soon as I hear it I blink straight at them and it will miss the majority of the time.
