  • Very cool! Man I love a fireplace! I think this could easily pass as a permanent sleep shelter.
  • One can only imagine what you could build with a truck load of block. Solo overnight in a multi story condo in the woods, with bacon! Your the goods corporal. Keep up the great work. Thanks for all you do.

I legitimately look forward to Sunday every week because I know that Corporal is dropping his weekly video. I can honestly say one of the largest reasons I enjoy your content so much is because it is always something different. Ive been a pyromaniac my whole life (I’m currently 23) and absolutely love the idea of anything to do with hot tenting/ incorporated fireplace/ furnace into bushcraft shelters. Not only does it have a great practical use of keeping warm, but in my opinion it is just bad ass. So seeing this built and used is just super awesome. And pretty much no other YouTube is doing stuff like this. Even if you were to do the same thing next week I would thoroughly enjoy all 20 minutes of your video (I still think people suck for not watching the vids all the way through in order for you to make them 30 minutes lol) But thank you for taking the time each week to come up and going through with something cool for us to watch. I have always been really interested in bushcrafting, even back when I was in middle school and beginning of high school my buddies and I would go out into his woods with just a tarp, sleeping bag and other little “necessities” and come up with something cool to camp in. Because of your videos I have gotten back into it and do it as often as I can, which unfortunately is not very often due to me living in Kalamazoo Michigan because thats where I went to college and there really is no where to do any of this and the place that I can is like three hours away. But anyway enough of my huge essay lol, Keep up the awesome work I really enjoy it and I’m sure I can speak for others when I say OUTSTANDING AF. Ill be back next Sunday! Cheers!

Very cool! Keep marching towards that offgrid cabin in the woods, we're all following you!

I love this build. It's got to rate right up there with my all time favorite "Solo Overnight Building a Sandbag Shelter In the Woods and Fried Bacon and Cheese Kielbasa" Thanks!
  • @Gamezpork
There's something different every week, and that's what makes corporals corner stand out from loads of other bushcraft bids. Love this stuff.

I was just thinking of something like this. I specifically bought Suzuki Enduro to get away from it all, and I have learned enough from your channel that I should be able to hide from my wife for weeks, if necessary. Thank you, Corporal.
  • You just keep being you Corporal, doesn’t matter if it’s been done before, you put your spin on it and that’s what I enjoy. Outstanding af 😎❤️
  • @tonysmith5924
YES, off grid cabin will be great!👏👏👏👍👍👍

It’s just another Corporal Sunday, man I hate Monday’s, it means I gotta wait another week to get great information and survival advice. Thanks for always doing you and being honest. Outstanding AF

This was an awesome retrofit, glad to see you work through the bugs in your ideas rather than abandon the idea altogether, can’t wait to see what you do for a more permanent structure.
  • @stuartlyden3195
Awesome video. Once again showing what can be done with items left lying around. Looking forward to your future projects.

Next time, consider filling up each CMU with dirt/sand which will allow for a huge increase in thermal mass. This way when the fire burns down all the thermal energy is stored in that mass and will hold the temp longer.
  • Another great video! Most people don’t look at junk and see building material, they just see trash. I like your way of thinking.
  • I love your ability to let go of your plans in order to rethink the situation. Well done!
  • @AlexHeinzmann
Just sent one of your old urban get home kit videos to civilian friends in Kiyv, Ukraine. Praying they dont need it...
