I used to just wash, condition and blow dry (I have relaxed hair). I got "okay results". But when I started prepooing, the results were very remarkable. My hair was softer and healthier. It is well worth the extra step to prepoo.

Now THAT'S how you take care of bone straight relaxed hair! You changed the game Sis. By doing it that way and nothing less, that's how you retain length on chemically treated hair. A balance of moisture and protein. ( mostly moisture) because the chemical is designed to keep moisture out, so you have to be diligent about keeping it in! Nice job.
