  • My tip for anxiety is to start a vegetable and fruit garden. I have a patio and i started gardening about two months ago. It really helps with my anxiety. Also reading the Bible and praying 🙏

    I have a pool with out a pump like that. When my kids aren't in it I have a chlorine float in it and it completely prevents algae.

    I’m a list maker too! I get SO overwhelmed and trying to keep it all in my head makes my anxiety go out of control.

    I really wanted to just sit on the couch and not straighten up my house while my 3 yr old took a very rare nap but I turned on your video and pushed through. She is still sleeping so I get to eat my lunch in peace with a house that is in order 🎊🎊🎊
  • I have anxiety and I like to make a “done” list instead of a “to do “ list. I feel less critical of myself that way. I also try to have 30 to 60 minutes of self care each day, doing something I love or need to do for myself.

    I've found that setting up my patio for the summer as really helped me rewind from my day and coloring can help let go of a lot of the stress and anxiety on my mind. Summer is one of my favorite months as well. The sun just puts me in a happier mood! I loved your morning routine! I love seeing vlog style videos from you :)

  • What I do to calm my anxiety is breathing, squeezing my hands, journaling, and telling myself everything is going to be ok.

    I have anxiety/panic attacks.....what helps me is talking to my fiance..he almost always makes me feel better(being realistic lol).. I not only hv anxiety, but I also hv mild insomnia...last night I couldn't sleep all night, so I went to starbucks to caffeinate to keep going with my life...I had so much of it that I was dizzy and still felt a lil tired! I was full of panic and dread but he calmed me down:) he talked me out of it and rubbed my back til I finally fell asleep for a few hours! He even checked on me right when I woke up:) I have a keeper for sure😍🥰 Making lists only helps me when I want to tackle a big cleaning project, or if I'm going to the store Love your beautiful videos, and how highly positive you are!     Definitely make my bed daily. I do it right away after I get up, prevents me from wanting to jump back in 🤣

    I make my bed 4 out of 7 days. I don't sleep well at night & some days I have to lay down to get some sleep. I'm retired, so I can do that...lol. I probably only get one full nights sleep a week in bed. Some nights I can go back to bed around 4 or 5 am & get some sleep. I love your new home....it's so nice to have all that open space. Mary

    My anxiety got very bad. Had my 2nd panic attack. The pandemic has made my anxiety worst then ever before. I dont think what I used to do before has helped me cope like usually. But I did realize yesterday that my anxiety was gone when I told my hubby I had it and he hugged me thru it comforted me. Of course i always hide it from him when it gets triggered but it's gotten bad that i tell him now. And well i was thankful he helped it go away. While he hugged me i just kept my eyes close breathed in and out then I try to pretend I was going to sleep . And ended up sleeping woke up perfectly fine in the next hour. Idk how this will help u. But I'm glad to discuss this with you. Been feeling like I'm the only one suffering this. Drives me nuts. Quick note: I started praying because if you notice anxiety because you feel anxious,worried ,doubt, just makes us feel terrible and all that is not of god. But of the enemy. So praying is the best weapon for this I believe.

    I try to make my bed every day. I’ve only become like this the past year but I’ve noticed it helps me become less anxious. Weird but it works. Something about having a made bed makes the rest of my disaster bedroom look tidy

    Love these videos! To help with my anxiety I try to get up before the kids so I can have time with my thoughts before the chaos starts! Also- I make my bed every day :)
