So very happy to hear of your results. Knowledge is power. Continue to learn and understand what you are learning. Thank you for being a living example of what can be and sharing your journey.

Glad you're feeling better and Thank you for sharing your honest experiences. I turn 52 in June and I can definitely tell you that ever since I've turned ~50, my body doesn't recover as well/fast without proper rest. I've had to set a different priority towards my sleep versus my 40's. Plenty of rest and sleep is now mandatory for me especially after a rigorous workout. Getting older sucks😄

Charles Poliquen, RIP, ex Canadian Olympic strength coach, stated “every hour of sleep before 11pm is equivalent to 2 hours after 11 pm”. Quality sleep can’t be over emphasized …. IMO

Glad you are feeling better and stronger!!! God bless.

Yes, it’s crazy to have taken you this long to figure out the sleep thing, but I am glad that you have and you are in a better place. Thank you for your sharing and wishing for you nothing but the best your body, mind and soul.

Thank you for sharing! The info you shared is very important for us. I'm also taking BPC157/TB500 from Swisschems to recover from my shoulder injury (torn rotator). im not yet 100% healed but it feels like the peptide is helping recover faster
  • I killed off most of my jout issues by going total carnivore. Ketosis every day. Non amcarbs no veggies. Meat. Eggs. Butter, salt, sour cream, and occasionally fermented food like raw sauerkraut. Total game changer for me. Arthritis. Completely from can't to completely healed. Dramatic result.

I’ve traveled a path very similar to yours friend. Sleep was a monster component. The other component for me was magnesium. I noticed a huge change in myalgia after getting a base level build up if you will. Keep up your good work!!

Interesting that no one comments on foot support - just sleep and supplements . At 59 getting fit for custom arch supports , just the samples were awesome . Feet = all we stand on in life

🎉brilliant my friend. Sorry so long to write. But I do watch all your vids..just had bad news so been totally bumbed. My hubby of 34 years diagnosed with Parkinson! 😢 Hence I had to also get emergency pacemaker replacement 😂as my generator crappef out. 🎉soooo. I get it. I have feet issues. Finding work out shoes is a huge challenge for me. If their just not perfect my feet tingle ,back hurts, I feel worse after I work out. It's crazy 🤪 how posture balance can affect so much. Abd SLEEP 😴 Same here 4 5 hrs. Due to caregiver. So I decided as much as I hate to , I take a good 2 hour nap. Every day. I feel so much better. 1 to 3 pass out. I tried to sleep in but I got a hangover effect. I am up at 5 and out the door by 7 am. Back at 9 to care for hubby. So as long as I get sleep eat food. Which I forget to do allot ,good shoes, and my faith that the universe knows best (my faith ) 🙏 I am pretty good to go. Be 🙌 my friend.

Dealing with these things now. I’ve been doing research and contemplating this for many months. The old body is beyond broken. Good luck

Feet are so very important, and they take such a blunt of punishment, and they have an impact on the whole body! I’m happy for you man!
  • @racheldelfin342
Sleep is so essential to everyone but especially for those that work out. Body and mind are being used optimally. I sleep about 10 hours after a very rigorous workout 😂😴 😮

You just started popping up in my feed. Thanks for posting this. I give someone as attentive to their health as you the benefit of the doubt on discoveries like this. I’m also considering peptide therapy, so I’m looking forward to your follow up after you tell re-start them. And I totally agree, pain in the feet makes all effort harder.
  • @williewill167
Sleep, you sleep when you feel tired and you wake up when you're fully rested. Hours of sleep are irrelevant if you're not fully rested. There's a difference.
  • @yalesdy
I absolutely believe it’s just the extra weight and volume you were placing on your joints.
  • @The_Chad_Davis
These peptides are amazing. Healed my bicep tear, tendinitis, and other tissue issues. However, BPC157 will aggravate latent Shingles if you've had it before. It's been 15 years since my last shingles bout. While taking BPC, it triggered a full blown shingles outbreak. So keep that in mind before taking.

What’s your stretching routine like? A good stretch with a little resistance usually helps loosen my muscles. Not every day but a couple times a week for 30 minutes. Glad to hear you’re getting more sleep!
  • @johnchiangi3300
I found the opposite on BPC & TB, I felt that I recovered from workouts much faster.
