I remember many interviews before the belt they had the same rapport. And in the lead up to the first fight with Kamaru Usman who as at the time the pound for pound king, Ariel told Leon he would be champion at the end of every interview and Leon would guarantee it right back. It’s a beautiful thing to see how far Leon has gone, and that he still comes back to give an interview to Ariel since he always had his back. 👍🏽

Only CASUALS consider him as an INACTIVE champ! It’s not Leon’s fault that the UFC/Dana wanted to hold up the WW division by giving Colby an undeserved titled shot. It’s not Leon’s fault that the UFC offered Islam, Khamzat and Shavkat a title shot for UFC 300 instead of Belal. Use your 🧠 casuals!
