ONE OF MY OBJECTIVES IS NOT LEAVE OUT STEPS, SOME VIDEOS GET LONG BUT ALL THE INFO IS THERE FOR SERIOUS SUBSCRIBERS TO OUR CHANNEL.

I know this video is old BUT personally I wouldn't mind longer videos. Youtube and online forums is where I learn so much from so the more time I spend watching your informational video the less time I have to watch all the useless crap on here thats trending. Anyways, thanks for the info. Much appreciated.

Came for the prep, enjoyed the music and conversation

90% prep 10% paint

Im so mad right now I found out older bathtubs in mobile homes, were injection molded with ABS PLASTIC then they turn the mold over and they add fiberglass and resin and call it a tub. So if one doesn't know this your going to become so passed youll want to put it outside for a play pool or use it as a pond. Just an FYI

If your going to paint anything, listen to Windy. Nobody has decades of experience that can hold a light to this man.

Great info much thanks. "The paint job is the prep work" someone once told me.

THANKS FOR SHARING,I have used BULLDOG adhesion promoter in the past with good results.Modern plastics seem less prone to melt and crack than say old 750 Honda sidecovers.Lots of modern products available to make it easier to get good results.I will try to show the promoter next plastic I paint.AGAIN THANKS ! Windy

Um..... yeah I'm a new fan no doubt!!! Dude has swagger!! Thanks for the education brotha! God bless
-
My heartfelt mercy for you dealing with embedded mold release compound. It leaches up to the surface over time and bubbles the paint.
-
RINSE IF POSSIBLE IN EXTREME DIRT CONDITIONS I WOULD ALSO STEAM CLEAN AND USE A GOOD DEGREASER LIKE PREPALL. I WILL BE STARTING SOME REALLY OLD CARBON FIBER PARTS IN TWO WEEKS AND WILL GO THRU ALL THE STEPS ON THE NEW VIDS IN 4K.

You're the greatest Painter i've ever listened to. .... rad

Awesome information and attention to detail. Thank you

Brittney. I used to paint cars for a living, and we use to ALWAY use bulldog adhesion promoter on all plastic parts and it worked great.
-
Thanks for the tips. Gonna use them on a power wheel refinishing job I'm gonna experiment on.
