There is nothing wrong with scoring a D-. There is a way to go to degree level. One starts from certificate, diploma and then to degree. This shows he is wise . Wisdom is more important than those papers . I personally know he will deliver so kindly Mr speaker and vetting committee give Hon Joho a chance to serve as a PS. Wish you the best Hon Joho.

Hassan Ali Joho was inspirational on this question, it resonates with the struggle many Kenyans go through to achieve education, he was exemplary, from under privileged kid to CS, Hongera Bwana!, you deserve a chance to serve.
