I always wanted to play/own this game but was never able to due to being a boy. Parents wouldn't by my this game. Last year, found the middle version at a thrift store 99% complete. Was so happy. Glad to see the differences between the games.

I remember picking this up in a yard sale for probably a buck or two when I was a kid in the mid-90s. I hardly remember anything about the game itself but I remember I loved it and played it a TON with my sisters. Thanks for the little trip down memory lane!!

So, i had the original as a girl. I wanted to share it with my kids but couldn't afford the 89 version and settled for the 2k version. I really loved the original and thank you for this review. Id still love to see an actual game played out on the original for nostalgia's sake. Blue..you left your carlights on..go..to the...parking lot. I wanna hear it all girl!!

I have (French version) Mall Madness (Shopping Folies) from 1992 and it's a very good game ! I play with my two son's !!

I don't own the newer versions, but if each color has its own card for prices, it's probably for balance. They could make sure no one color always starts next to an inexpensive shop while another color starts near more expensive shops. Though without seeing the cards I'm just guessing. Either way I still prefer the original the best.

I ❤❤ this game too. I bought a two game bundle for my girls. I had never seen the second game before, it is Littlest Pet Shop version. If u haven't seen it, you should look it up. It's a hit with my youngest. My girls are teens and we still play today💖
