From an early age, he experienced more than 10 sports such as golf and martial arts under the influence of his father, and participated in the Kochi National Athletic Meet as a representative of Nara Prefecture in golf when he was a high school student.
He started classical ballet at the age of 21 after studying abroad in New York with the breakdance he met at a vocational school.

When he was 26, he was the first Japanese to appear as a female ballet dancer and guest dancer at the German Embassy Fashion Show.
Appeared as a guest dancer in the Fukuoka Asia Collection at the age of 27

In 2016, he established his unique exercise method "Rehabilitation Association" with an occupational therapist, which combines his past exercise experience with the elements of Western medical rehabilitation.
Held study sessions nationwide to convey the importance of exercise to a wide range of people, including doctors and medical professionals, as the founder
Currently runs a stretch specialty store in Osaka

After that, he was not rehabilitated for recovery and his leg was distorted, and by his mid-20s he had nearly 10 peel fractures and severe sprains.
Back pain develops while the pain is healed, and it becomes difficult to walk for a while.

▪️ Mental illness
20 years old: Psychogenic dysphonia develops due to the stress of the company he joined, and he leaves the company because he cannot speak in a stressful environment.

After that, he learned about the body from various perspectives such as Oriental medicine, Western medicine, yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, etc., and overcame all injuries and illnesses after 10 years of fighting illness.

From that experience, I wanted to convey the importance of his physical and mental health to people all over the world, and started stretching video distribution on YouTube.

Currently running "You Fit", a stretch school where you can learn online to convey the importance of mental and physical health.
Through these activities, we are struggling to extend healthy life expectancy and create a society where everyone can walk on their own feet without receiving long-term care until the end of their lives.
