    Summary Principal 1: Meta learning (spend 10% of time to learn about learning. Break topic into concepts, facts and procedures. Identify problem ntifying problems in Identify problem and solution for each problems. Principal 2: Focus Problem 1: Procrastination (Be aware, and identify mapping procrastination. Self awareness, self discipline. Aware of it, have a plan and motivated to overcome it. Problem 2: Distraction (earplug) Principle 3: Directness (Learning is best done by doing.) My dream is to learn Chinese I have tried studying for years and just now I have had great success by watching her videos.     My 6 principles for better learning. 1. Simplify it. 2. Understand instead of remembering. 3. Focus on the basic. 4. Talke a short break regularly. 5. Actively recall. Apply what you learn in to your everyday life. 6. Make it fun and interesting.

    Project based learning is spot on. I applied this method unknowingly at university and only focused on where the grades were, the assignments. I did not do any of the allocated readings in 7 years of university, I simply focused on the assignments. Of course in doing the assignments it is necessary to do a lot of reading in order to inform them. But the reading was practical in the sense that the information learned was applied directly to the task at hand. Great video!

    Thank you for sharing! I've always struggled with learning efficiently,I take hours to study while my peers can learn in half the time I take. I have lots of time now, but I'm starting to see the consequences of my slow learning, like not having much time to hang out with my friends. I'm going to work hard to improve my learning speed with your tips! ^^
