Disney Channel has been the home to some of the best television animation in recent history, but Gravity Falls was a league of its own. The show only consisted of two seasons along with some bonus content, but it was a hit with fans and it left a lasting impression due to it’s memorable and deep characters. In all honesty, Mr. Northwest should be in the bad to evil category rather than the grey area.

Fun fact: Soos is the only main character who hasn’t broken any laws. Dipper and Mabel were arrested for forgery, Stan has committed tons of crimes, Wendy and her friends got busted stealing a cop car, and Stanford stole tons of parts for different inventions

How is Preston Northwest in the "grey area"? That man was evil through and through. Let's not forget that his first reaction to Bill taking over Gravity Falls is to offer to join him for his own gain and become a horseman of the apocalypse. Even in Journal 3, Ford describes him as being a jerk. And that was when Preston was a kid.

I actually think Mabel shouldn’t be that high. I mean, the things she has done in the series. Every time Mabel has had her “summer crush” is mostly ended up with dipper giving up something so that she can have her boy crush of the week and she LITERALLY gives the time rift to Bill because she wanted her summer fun time. I do think Mabel should on the good side but not that high.

Soos should be #1 for 2 reasons: #1. Waddles is an animal technically #2. The tale was made up by Stan

Mabel: Starts the end of the world, makes a bad copy of her own brother that she likes more, holds people behind there purpose so that she can have things not change, etc. Dipper: was going to save the world but Mabel holds her back, almost died, tries to stop Mabel from being a menace to society, etc. Also Mabel: higher than dipper ...huh?

So wrong about Mabel! Dipper literally sacrifices his time and his plans for Mabel, there is literally a whole comic story about how mabel's selfishness could be dangerous.

I agree with most of this but Mabel and Stan are ranked too high. They are still great characters but they can still both be pretty selfish a lot of times and have made a lot of bad choices. The good sides of them still redeem them tho, especially Stan for what he did in the finale.
