The college football game between Stanford and Colorado saw the Buffaloes blow their largest lead in school history as 29-0 lead evaporated over the course of the second half before Stanford ultimately won 46-43 in overtime. The Cardinal were led by wide receiver Elic Ayomanor, who put up a monster stat line of 13 catches for 294 yards and three touchdowns. The loss is absolutely crushing for Coach Prime and Colorado, as it puts their bowl hopes in serious jeopardy and kill the momentum they have built up to this point in the season.

If a black and gold team has a 28+ point lead this season, BET AGAINST THEM!

Colorado’s players walking off without shaking hands is the least surprising thing about this game
  • @falconsstar1194
Imagine winning 29-0 thinking you’re about to be 5-2 then finish the season 4-8
  • @WillErickson-1
The best part about this was Deion making it all about himself post game. So on brand.
  • @jeremymccage9213
Qb for Colorado just walks from sideline to tunnel. Didn't shake nobody's hand. 😂 Poor sportsmanship
  • @ErickKhan
Ayomanor never had more than 4 catches in a game his entire career. He caught 13 and dropped 300yds on Travis’ head 💀 im sick

One of the worst collapses in the history of college football. Incredible.

As a longtime Falcons fan, im extremely impresses with Colorado's ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. I thought my falcons were second to none in that regard.

Whoever gave the speech in the lockerroom at the half needs to get a massive bonus

The lack of discipline on Colorados side is unreal

I’ve never seen a team deserve to lose more than Colorado. The players choices and coaching calls is just mind blowing.
  • As someone who's from Nebraska this is honestly so heartwarming to see. You Colorado fans really deserved it!!

Probably one of the worst chokes in sportsball history
  • @DJReyzor357
This loss is even more embarrassing than the that thorough beat-down that the Oregon Ducks gave the Colorado Buffaloes.

Love all the Stanford players “flashing the watch” at the end. Just beautiful.
  • The fact Stanford had only one win at the time and pulled this off, is incredible. Also I still can’t get over “He’s got real estate in front of him!” Perfect line

I could t be happier for Deion. He truly deserves this.
  • @OkieAllDay
Colorado went for it on 4th and 4 on their own 49 yard line when they were up 29-0. They got sacked. That was THE turning point in the game. Everything changed after that.

We all need to remember. It’s 29-6 with 6:30 on the third quarter clock and Stanford is starting a drive 97 yards away. The swiftness of the collapse is legendary.
  • @EffigyOfAdam
Lets put that Colorado coach in more commercials. He's amazing! Best collapse ever.
