One nitpick: trackball mouses do not have a funny ball that was replaced by a scroll wheel. That is the ball mouses originally had but put on the top instead. This had the advantage that the mouse did not need as much space because it did not need to be moved around. Also, these were considered gaming equipment for some time because trackballs were considered more precise than standard mouses due to controlling the ball directly.

The mouse is based on the Mini Cooper S, a popular compact family and road car by the motor company "Mini" founded in the UK, and is rather common to see some with the flag applied to signify the proud home that created it. The flag can be placed in areas such as; the aforementioned roof, exterior wing mirrors, door sides, or the front and/or rear bumpers.

The Hello Kitty head being used for Doom Eternal really is adorable, I would never use it because I’d rather not make my arthritis worse but I love the idea of a Hello Kitty themed setup used solely for playing super violent or mature games.

LGR has a series of videos about weird computer mice, and he reviewed some of the mice that you showed. The cursor mouse, for example, was absolutely horrible to use and felt cheaply made... and it originally cost like $100. On the other hand, one of his favourites was the Cozy Coupe mouse - it worked fine even while playing Unreal Tournament!
