#8 is a more coincidence then a trick. It's just that the "bubble" timing of temporary ban of the sword and the length of the whistle tune is the same length. You aren't getting it any faster, you just get to hear the iconic tune instead of simply waiting it out.
  • I gotta say, I wonder why they changed the Polls Voice weakness to arrows instead of using the whistle. Would of made more sense when sticking to the theme of that they doesn't like noise.

A nitpick, but I wouldn't say the 2nd quest is a New Game+. The latter is when you restart the same game with all the items and abilities you had before. The 2nd quest doesn't do that. You don't start out with anything you had previously, and the game is completely rearranged.

New game plus was hidden in plain sight! In the manual, there are illustrations given. If you followed the pictures exactly (and why wouldn't you..after all this is your first Nintendo Save) you would end up in the second adventure!

This game defines my youth, but I didn't know many of these things! Thanks for the video!

I knew about most of these expect for this games Minus World. I liked how the whistle wraps the player around the map to levels and the hidden one, that's the name I saw appearing when entering one. Then decades later an amiibo is needed to wrap Link to the sky in The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword which I find baffling.
