Joe getting to drive the new M5 before Matt on Carwow...impressive!
  • @Skyreem2020
WTF??? Joe launching M cars now? This is the first channel I've seen driving the new M5 Hybrid.
  • @VidNibs
People: 'What's the curb weight?' BMW: 'Yes.'
  • The fact that the E60 M5 is the only 200+ mph till this day is amazinz
  • @JoeAchilles1
Hope you enjoy this one guys, was a tricky few hours weather and filming wise šŸ‘Š
  • @enekoprins
Joe has the driving exclusive. Massive respect. It shows the relationship between Joe and BMW is really good. I subscribed to the channel because of his mainly BMW reviews.

F90 M5 CS just got even more interesting...a future classic šŸ˜Ž
  • The front overhang looks massive, would think itā€™s a FWD platform
  • 2024 M5 Comp: 625 Horsepower (V8 engine) 750 Feet Pound of Torque 1,865kg (4,111 pounds) 2025 M5: 577 Horsepower (V8 S68 engine) 553 Feet Pound of Torque 192 Electric Power 202 Feet Pound of Torque from Electric 2,435kg (5,368 pounds) The 2025 M5 is significantly heavier, for obvious reasons. Nevertheless, once you run out of your electric battery charge (25-mile range), you are left with only 577 V8 horsepower to push a 5,368-pound car. What a disaster! And the rest, I am not sure where to go with it. What is up with not having a gear lever? I donā€™t think BMW is listening to their customers and clients anymore. Every interview they feed us a bunch of BS and the interviewers are afraid to ask tough questions. The BMW may fool new buyers, but not the BMW enthusiasts and the people who are loyal to the brand. You canā€™t fool us. Cheap plastic door panels, plastic carbon fiber-looking paddle shifts, and no carbon fiber steering. Yet, all of which is available on the M3 and M4 models. The rear diffuser truly looks like an afterthought. And the front kidney grill is identical to the i5 M60. What is joke! And I am sure BMW has increased the price beyond any measure to match the rest of the model lineups.

Congrats on getting your boat-license šŸš¢šŸ„³ this new M-Titanic is looking very nice!
  • @Kelveron
Joe Achilles, as ever not wasting any time brining us the first drive review! The inevitable added weight aside, excited to see how the new M5 performs in a full test.
  • Looks great. 2.5 tons with over 1000nm torque. Itā€™ll chew through tyres alright šŸ˜®
  • @Account1746
Nobody else driving it only Joe jhheeez šŸ”„šŸ”„

  • @quantttum
I'm looking forward to Joe addressing all the criticism in this comment section.
  • Joe, been subbed for about 7-8 years. Absolutely can't believe how far your channel has come, it's incredible. Love the content. I moved to Sydney from UK recently, and every time I'm in Manly you pop into my head, as sure you mentioned you lived there or worked there..
  • Weā€™ll done Joe, been following you from the start and now your the first to review such an iconic car! Hardwork pays off šŸ‘
