Woolen spun yarn or worsted spun is how the fiber is prepped before it's spun. Worsted spun is a tighter more defined spin because the fibers are combed straight before the spin. Woolen spun is loftier and airy. Superwash or Non-Superwash is whether or not a treatment has been used to make the yarn machine washable. The stitch definition has a lot to do with how the yarn is spun and not necessarily whether it's Superwash or not. Look into the terms so you have a better idea of which yarn to use. It'll help you to find substitutions more easily.

Oh yeah! You could over dye it, rather than pulling it all out. It is beautiful, and you have put in a lot of work on it! Whoever made that suggestion is right! ❤
  • Your channel just showed up on my home page and I’m so glad it did. You have a great presence and so comfortable showing your knits. Looking forward to following your journey here as a podcaster. Don’t apologize for yarn substitutions as we all should use is yarn that makes us happy - I’m a firm believer that all yarn deserves a chance 🫶
  • I would NOT frog your beautiful sweater. It is gorgeous. Accessorize with your favorite colors.

Your knits are beautiful and your 1st podcast was great. Thanks for sharing your makes!
  • Great first episode. Your knits fare lovely. Overdye the sweater. It’s a beautiful design and sounds like lovely yarn.

OOh my goodness! You would never believe this was your first podcast. You were very professional + seemed to be very calm. You spoke eloquently, + your work was beautiful. Well done for taking that first step! I look forward to your next podcast.
  • Congratulations on your inaugural podcast. You are a natural and your knitting is gorgeous. Please do not frog the sweater. Finish it, block it and you accessorize when you style it. It really is lovely and the warm colour will look great on you. If you hate it, gift it or sell it. Keep podcastin💕

Don’t frog that Agra sweater! It is beautiful! Finish it, block it, and style it. It will surprise you how nice you will look in it. The color is good. I’m enjoying your first podcast. Keep up the good work.
  • Very good first podcast. Please finish the Arfa instead of frogging. Overdye or gift. Pretty colors on the pressed flowers cowl.

Congratulations - thank you for showcasing your knit passion with a knit podcast. You inspired me to try the pressed flower since I spin myself, and the pressed flower really showcased the beautiful hand-spun yarn so well. Remember that you can redye the Afra sweater - for another color. It is not very difficult, and the sweater is so beautiful. And if it fits, that's the most important. Thank you for putting your voice out. Love from Scandinavia
  • A lovely first podcast! The mustard color looks nice with your skin tone, hair, and eyes. Maybe knit a cowl/scarf with more colors to wear with it. It would also be pretty with a flowy woven silk, multicolored scarf near your face. If that doesn't work I agree with others...overdye it, which could be a fun project. Looking forward to seeing you again.
  • I think you are a natural in front of the camera. I know that you said you don't have a problem reknitting the Afra but it would pain ME to have you undo all those hours of work. Ask yourself what the original intention you had to wear this with and keep that in mind before the frogging starts. Best of luck with this new adventure and looking forward to your next podcast whenever you have the time to post.

I know what you mean about the knitting hobby, I don't know a soul who knits. In SW Ga., everyone crochets. Oh well, least there is You Tube to connect with other knitters. As for that gorgeous camel colored sweater, no way I'd rip that out. It's beautiful. You can knit another one, if you don't like the color of that one, or maybe you can gift it to someone. The Flowers cardigan is to die for, love your color choices. Congrats on your new podcast, I'm sure you will do well. You are very personable and fun to listen to.
