I don't understand why the dubbing in english is so different from the Japanese one...it's frustrating knowing how many times Cloud asks about Tifa and the dubbing completely strays from the actual translation. english dubbing Cloud: "is everyone alright?" japanese dubbing: "is Tifa alright?" english dubbing Cloud: "hey!" japanese dubbing: "Tifa!" english dubbing Cloud: "where's everyone?" japanese dubbing: "where is Tifa and the others?" english dubbing Cloud: "what was that about?" japanese dubbing: "Tifa...are you ok?" (in chapter 12 where Cloud, Tifa and Aerith ask Wedge if he is hurt while Cloud is ready to help Avalenche stop Shinra from making the plate fall) english dubbing Cloud: "Wedge listen to me, stay here with them!" japanese dubbing Cloud: "Wedge listen to me, stay here with Tifa!" (we've been done dirty and the problem is that these are just the crumbs of the mess the localization made)

Cloud's room at Marle's has him and Tifa situated in the same neighboring positions as they were in Nibelheim. The game starts with him right where he was before his life went to crap, in love with the girl next door named Tifa.

I think Aerith is actually trying to push Cloud and Tifa together. She kept teasing Cloud about Tifa because she knows he’s in love with her but is too shy to say anything.

On 45:28 Cloud's response to Aerith's question is hilarious. He sounded just like a teenager when he scrambled for an answer without revealing his feelings. I burst out laughing everytime! He's so awkward and I LOVE IT!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Watching this again lol Train jump is where Tifa completely fell for Cloud and that’s when stoic Cloud started to fall deeply for Tifa. As the game went on after that, he fell more and more for her but I think the clinching moment was Tifa saved Cloud from falling off the rooftop towards the end and he cliched her arm so tightly with the camera focused solely on that....they are indeed in love and only a matter of time until they explode on a passion of love! Oh and the Hug....yeah another scene where Cloud fell deeper for Tifa!

I swear to god if SE is building up their relationship in the remake only to rip it away for emotional impact all because now the future is not written in stone and anyone can die…I will riot Let her and Cloud be happy and let Aerith be reunited with her first love too!

Let's be honest, it's not that this is a pro-Cloti compilation, it's that the compilation is pro-Cloti. Ultimately, every scene you pick eventually comes down to being pro-cloti since cloti is simply the canon story.

I love your sense of humor and how Cloud is actually listening to Tifa. The discord emojis had me rolling in laughter. I noticed you added some easter eggs of your own vids such as changing Tifa and Cloud's dresses and some of a little Cloti vs AerTi one. The only thing I wish you added was Cloud's "I don't dance" comment.

Aside from the HUGE Cloti content, I'm thirsting for more Tifa and Aerith bonding moment :"). The scene where Tifa got somehow afraid of the dark (or how it looks like it to me), Aerith calling her and held her hand looks like an older sister trying to console a younger sibling that it's gonna be okay. It's so cute!

This is it: the definitive Cloti compilation. You totally get Cloti and have caught all the subtle and not-so-subtle moments. This is a really lovely gift... I was so excited when I saw you had done your own compilation. Much like FF7R, this compilation was made with love, and it shows. I’m making my way through it slowly, like a fine wine, savoring its sweetness. Not to go on a tangent, but I do think that Part 1 suggests that Square is retiring the LTD — the amount of Cloti is unprecedented (as your comp shows), the AerTi friendship has been enhanced, Clerith has been diminished in quantity and quality, and then there’s Zack — all very deliberate choices on Square’s part. I hope they stay consistent and leave the LTD nonsense to us, the crazy fans. It’d be unfortunate if they undid what they started and kept up the unneeded drama in future installments. We shall see! (Had to get that off my chest... been seeing people argue otherwise and it’s been driving me mad. 🙄)
