Ingredients

1 lb Whole Okra
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
2-3 Green chillies

1/2 tsp of salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds

Recipe

1. Add oil to pan over high heat
2. Add sliced okra
3. Fry for 4-5 min, util slightly browned
4. Remove from heat
5. Add sliced vegetables to same pan (onions, tomatoes, green chillies)
6. Add spices (coriander powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder)
7. Add salt to taste
8. Fry for 1-2 minutes
9. Add cooked okra to the pan
10. Mix well and fry for 1 min
11. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes
