Speaking of Big Bubba,I wish he was still around because when he came back as Big Boss man as one of the Corporation members was awesome and being mixed in the hardcore titled, I think he did pretty good running with that before leaving again.

In this theoretical scenario, assuming he got all of Imperium to manage, Jim could be the one the babyfaces threaten and embarrass and maybe Gunther's offsiders could actually be presented less as fall guys and more as a serious tag team. I mean they'd inevitability have to take some falls for Gunther and do some comedy but in the absence of a heel manager for the bayfaces to embarrass, they have to do all of the comedic stooging and look less credible as a tag team because of it.

Jim working with FTR is the natural, logical fit and you can see the parallels with The Midnight Express or the Rock & Roll Express with those three together in their prime and FTR today. However, Jim with a guy like Gunther could've been something like his all-too brief period acting as Dan "The Beast" Severn's manager/hype-man on WWF commentary back in 1997, but actually fulfilling some of the promise that pairing had, especially if Gunther ends up holding multiple belts at once.
