DRY EYES STORY PART III - I GOT LASIK SURGERY DONE!

I can relate to this a lot and it’s helping me feel better about the decision

I hope you are doing well now, the dry eyes could be due to overstimulation of the trigeminal nerve which lead to headache and eye strain and the most common reasons for this is weak ciliary muscle which overwork to make the image clear or eye misalignment (exophoria not exotropia). So your dry eyes fixed due to the weak ciliary muscle get less work after LASIK. The other overlooked reason for dry eyes is Corneal Nerve damage which could lead to 2 condition dry eyes without symptoms (asymptomatic dry eye) or dry eye with high pain (Corneal Neuralgia) with minimal finding on slit lamp.

Girl, hope you're doing fine, i heard that lasik causes dry eye 10 Years later of the surgery, hope is not you're case, i suffer from dryness and i put drops every 2 hours, Also i never used contacts :(

What about the over watery eye issue? Did it go away too? I have dry eye and super watery eyes as well. I never got my tear duct plugged but I don't know why I have this combo naturally. Please let me know :)
