Man, as a subway ex worker I can certainly say that changing gloves was the most stressful thing in the world, specially in a rush

Juggling all of these ingredients all while handling the customers, taking orders and keeping everyone happy at the same time almost seems like an impossible task to me. The amount of multitasking that is required for this job is nuts. Hats off!

I can relate to you with the gloves... They were always so hard to put on, especially if your hands were slightly wet from drying your hands from washing dishes. Half of the time I ended up ripping them. To make it easier, I aired them out a bit by shaking the open side.
