A thing that help me sleep so much faster is doing a bath in the bathtub with warm/hot water. This relax all my muscles and when i lay down in bed I feel so chill down that I do not even REALISE that i'm sleeping. totally recommended🥰 Loved this episode Fern, This was so good

As someone who generally is not great at getting to sleep, this video was so useful and i've felt so much better now i've used some of your methods. I love listening to these while I tidy my room and whenever I finish watching I always feel so much more stable. I tried your idea of journaling and it was so great for keeping me organized and I would like to know if you could make a video specifically on affordable products that make life easier.
