How to run water line to fridge

This is how to connect a water line to the fridge step by step. Installing a fridge line is a simple DIY task that anyone can themselves with minimal tools. Using the cold water supply under the sink we can attach a shut off valve which will allow us to connect the 1/4 inch water line directly to it. I've had issues with these push style tubes leaking when the mains pressure is too high. What is the best way to check and deal with mains pressure issues?

Easy. I would suggest a filter as town water has terrible taste IMO. 🙂
