360s have a measure to block disc drive swapping where the code on the chip that sticks off the slightly elevated board has to match the code for the drive, otherwise it won't work. Dunno how you'd make it work in an Xbox One without some kind of hard mod to the system, but it should in theory be possible. Though I've heard the Xbox One is still unhacked as of 2024, like the Series X/S
