This clip is based on Zenith's speech in War Before Time: Fall of the Valley - Chapter 11.

The A.I.-generated voice clip was made in ElevenLabs and Audacity, derived from performances of Kate Mulgrew as Captain Janeway (Star Trek) and The Cat (Infinity Train).

I couldn't picture a better voice actress for Zenith the Rainbow Face than Kate Mulgrew. Zenith has a lot of Captain Janeway energy, while her partner, Apogee, has more Dr. Who energy. After generating the voice in ElevenLabs, I altered it in Audacity, with three different versions of it running simultaneously. The first layer is her normal voice. The second has several effects such as distortion and a delay, which changes the pitch very slightly on a single echo that comes very quickly after her words. You might not consciously notice it, but you'll definitely feel it. The third layer is a replica of the second, but on a slightly different, lower pitch.

A friend of mine, Gutza1, suggested that Kate Mulgrew would have been the perfect actress. He also likened her speech in the story to The Sovereign's speech in Mass Effect. I sure hope this measures up.
