Quick Text Instructions:
1. Secure upper receiver with AR15 vise block. Remove
muzzle device, gas block with gas tube, and barrel nut.
2. Install the barrel nut and apply 30-60 ft-lbs of torque
using the provided barrel nut wrench and a torque
wrench. Reinstall your gas block and tube.
3. Slide your handguard over the barrel and barrel nut
and align top rail with upper receiver.
4. Insert socket head screws from the left hand side of
the receiver, tightening with the 5/32 Hex Key. Torque
to 40 inch-lbs, or 1/2 turn past hand tight. Use the long
end of the 5/32 Hex Key for proper leverage.
5. Insert set screws from the bottom of the handguard,
and tighten with 5/64 Hex Key until they bottom out on
the barrel nut.
6. Your handguard is installed! Install your muzzle
device and reassemble your firearm.

shout out to the Real Avid Lug Lok AR-15 Upper Vise Block which gives you plenty of capability against an over-torqued PSA barrel nut
-
One thing I do is use a plastic picatinny hand stop or rail to bridge the hand guard/upper to perfectly align the hand guard to the upper before tightening those barrel nut bolts
-
I like that trick with the gas block, I’m gonna use that next time
-
Debated having a local armorer install it due to time constraints. But nothing like building your own. having bought a bare bones left-hand upper, I didn't install the gas block and tube. But I needed a handguard installed. This vid helped me do that. Good stuff, AT3.

Thank you Watched 4 other install of Free-Float M-LOK Handguard for AR15 and none of others showed where all the bolts are. Could not get it off until you showed the small ones recessed for holding onto the barrel.
