Liked it before I even watched. Thanks for going back out to Sunterra. I appreciate the point about the Katy ISD vs Royal ISD. No one mentioned it to us when we went to check it out (w/o a realtor). The Castle Rock home surprised me the most, as I don’t think I’ve ever viewed one of their homes before. I’ll be watching to see if you tour additional builders in this community. Thanks again.
