I worked in a nursing home for three years, and though we didn't see trauma, we saw death and dying around us.... CNA's are not just ass wipwipers, that's 10% maybe. We have to force the will of people to want to live every day. We were told not to get attached, show emotion, cry, ext. It is afterall not our business to care for them after death...Guess what?! The place had a couple suicides and many weird deaths in the last ten years. Perhaps your proposal or one equivalent should be the standard for the health care world at large . Many could get help and be better more stable workers!
