My sons came home during lockdown and their black roommate came with them. He said that white people have been preparing all their lives for something like this so he’s coming. Needless to say his humour was welcome as was his view of life. Like the comedian said, we’re the same but there are subtle differences. Just like my immigrant family is similar but different from my husband’s fourth generation Canadian family. We have much to learn from each other. 😊

I'm white and have yet to be assigned my spaceship. Is there someone I need to talk to about it? Should I be offended that nobody looped me in to the whole spaceship thing. Where is my spaceship, is what I'm asking.
