This is some things I do that helped me achieve skin without any acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that removes excess oil and cleanses your skin well. I recomment littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrubbing, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Washn your brushes and other items you use coz they can host germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

As i am bio student , it is androgen family which stimulates sebaceous gland and produce sebum it attracts some minute bacteria which can also cause pimple To remove this dont do anything they just go away by themselves and make sure you have nice diet and also wash your face twice a day
