I love League's lore, but it's such a nightmare trying to explain why to outsiders because of how hard getting into this franchise actually is. Many people come into the fandom through Arcane and never want to step outside of that bubble both due to how broad Runeterra is and because the mainline continuity is so wildly different from the show regardless.

So here we are. I've created a guide to what I believe are all the fundamental basics one should know if they want to start exploring Runeterra in greater depth. Did I leave out anything? Feel free to let me know in the comments.
