Hello Bill, I did keto for a year in 2022 and lost over 70lbs. I totally failed and gave in to my carb addition. Depression got the best of me, and I gained it all back this past year, so I feel horrible, Then I found your channel when Kerry from HomeSteadHow came to visit and just fell in love with your kind soothing personality. Have been watching your weight loss journey from the start. You are doing so awesome and because of you, Kerry and now his wife doing the carnivore diet I started doing it Only my second day, but I am excited to see my results after 30 days. I ordered my life pro vibration plate not long after I saw your video on it. I was struggling with my lymphatic system. I have suspicion that I have Lipadema. I'm waiting on my life pro elliptical! I'm close to 350lb at 5ft3. Once I crossed into the 300 range, health wise, my body freaked out and has fought against any weight loss. Constantly tired, depressed, and developing hand tremors, that started in 1 hand and now is in both. I hope that turning this all around will fix or control it.
