A pretty recent drawing I made in paint.net. This time it's the ex-captain Kisuke Urahara. He owns a small candy shop now together with Tessai, Jinta and Ururu. He is very skilled in Kidou (Bakudou and Hadou), hand-to-hand combat and his Zanpakutou: Benihime. He is also very intelligent, even complimented by Aizen Sousuke himself.
