  • We need more stuff like this. Humor mixed with humanity. Thay’s what made the show so great
  • Frazier is hands down the best show I’ve had the pleasure of watching in my 67 years.
  • Kelsey was digging into his own painful history here. He lost a sister, a father, and two brothers to violent deaths and his daughter was stabbed in the hand during a mugging.
  • I can't hear Kelsey's voice without picturing Side-show bob, such an amazing voice.

This is exactly what it is like to be a father of a serviceman deployed to a warzone. You don't sleep, you miss them dearly, you feel helpless because you can't protect them. Thanks for making me cry.

Kelsey is such an underrated actor, the guy deserves all the recognition he can get.

This episode is when Fraiser became Fraiser again. Good to have him back.
  • This to me is the best moment of the reboot, Frasier is watching the news report about a building on fire, hearing about how someone is being taken to the hospital but he doesn't know who and he's scared that he might lose his son. So he does what anyone should do in this situation he talks to someone, specifically someone who can relate to what he's going through. It's a nice moment that shows off Kelsey's emotional range and how difficult it is for a parent to worry about losing a child which is something that no one should have to do. This show may not be as funny as the original but it handles emotion quite well.

This is a beautiful callback to Frasier's relationship to Marty.
  • I really liked this episode and in case anyone missed it, the chapter named “Moose” was a tribute to Eddie the dog as that was his real name.
  • A much needed serious moment. The third episode was worryingly 'zany' to the point where it felt like we were watching caricatures. More of this please!
  • On “Fraser” Freddy was a minature Fraser. Now he’s a miniature Martin. With Lilith being his mother, I have to wonder how that happened.

When I saw the trailer for this series, I was skeptical. All throughout Fraiser, once Freddy started getting older, we got the impression that he was taking after his parents - learning about psychology to one day become a psychiatrist like them. So once I saw that he was a Fire-Fighter in this new series, I didn't get how that massive shift in his personality would happen. Granted, it could be argued that his previous path was one his parents had laid-out for him and that he didn't choose himself. But it still felt like he was throwing years of knowledge and training away to pursue a completely different career. But this scene...I finally get it. And I get why it had to be done; so that this series would have a genuine emotional hook. Fraiser is at the twilight of his life - Martin is gone; Fraiser's lost his dad forever. Niles and Daphne are married and off doing their own thing. The family unit that Fraiser had enjoyed for years is gradually shrinking. And he wants to hang-onto the few connections he has left. So now, his son is doing a profession that could easily end in disaster. It's reawakened old memories of how it used to be, thinking about Martin being a Cop. Fraiser is at the point in his life where he's experiencing loss; he doesn't want to think of what will happen if he loses his son before his time.

The "I'm listening," line was a great way to throw back to the old Frasier show and pay a funny backhanded tribute to the previous incarnation of the show and its dearly departed cast members like John Mahoney .

We’ve been waiting 20 years for the twelfth series of Frasier and it was worth it. Scenes like this made the show extremely special. This particular scene will go down as one of the greatest scenes along with the many others where the actors got to act and show real, raw emotion. The scenes between Martin, Niles, Daphne and Frasier were particularly breathtaking. Roz crying her eyes out to Frasier, telling him she’s afraid of the dark broke my heart.
  • This is without doubt one of the most loving, moving and touching scenes shown, completely embracing the sentiment and feeling of love. It is truly beautiful in it's unashamed honesty.
  • You see a Major Character development. Fraser isn’t a snob he is a concerned Father.
  • I just love everything about Fraiser....then and now! ❤😂❤
