other teams: play consistent, follow the strategy, be serious Paper Rex: don't troll (optional)

I love how Benkei strives to take everything as least seriously as possible

it still baffles me to this day, the fact that some people still think PRX doesn't have what it takes to compete at the very top level. everytime they win, everyone came up with some excuse, saying they were lucky. i know they looks like they are playing the games differently than everyone else, but come on. Valorant would be boring if everyone plays it the same way.

The question isn't "who is your favorite team in VCT?" it's "who is your favorite team that isn't Paper Rex?"

ppl talking abt som missing the shorty but cgrs movement was the reason som thought cgrs would swing out of the smoke but cgrs came straight at him and the rest is history

The “I’m just kidding I can speak English” joke had me dying

Paper Rex will always remain a favourite. The way they play, their way of having fun. They show that this game isn't one dimensional. You can play it the way you want to play. They always seem to be not better than a lot of teams but they somehow destroy some top teams in the process

god I just love this team. especially some explosive plays they sometimes pull on their defence rounds, where you blink and it's already 1 vs 4.

I was at the VCT ascension finals in Bangkok and got to meet CGRS and Alecks, not only are they cracked players and big brain coach. They are so nice and extremely humble. What a team and such great players.

Drx vs prx is best described as when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object. The rivalry is truly entertaining This also oddly made me emotional because of the fact I've been following prx since the beginning as a Malaysian and they are the top teams <3.
  • @fubki
prx prolly the most exciting team in vct
  • @amirilham9828
One of example's team that are not signing a team and drop their player after one season because not achieved the expectation...you can see their growth call me biased but prx is one of the team that really show the improvement throughout this vct journey

I would love to see paperex win a trophy before jing goes for military service ….

I absolutely love prx. My favourite team in vct, tied with fnatic. I love their strats and how much fun they have. I really hope they do well in champs

    Especially with Benkai’s weird walkouts
  • @ToastySNXZ
I just love when you described the difference of philosophy between DRX and PRX, Benkai was just standing there with a viking style outfit. I don't need an explanation anymore. That was already enough for me to love PRX

Been a fan of Paper Rex ever since Benkai came out with a bathrobe in Masters Berlin 2021. Later I realized that they have two Indonesian players who are part of their team and as an Indonesian I was sold. I always like the team since it was good vibes all around while also showing that they can be really competitive. Their run at Masters Reykjavik and Copenhagen sold me that this team not only can meme but also can win. I also love the team behind the scene. They feel like such a family. Their YouTube also makes good content and with the addition of Sleepy (Their head of esports programming) the value increases exponentially. Being a fan of this team can be frustrating at times (Looking at you Lock In and Champs Paper Rex lol) but honestly being a fan of this team is about the high risk high reward. When they lose; people clown on you for loving a team that "ints" or "throw" but when they win you get to clown the team that lose against them since in their mind Paper Rex can only "Hold W". The fact that they're very creative in their comps, their playstyle is unlike any other, while also putting up numbers makes me so happy. In a game where everyone wants to follow the meta, they make waves doing their own thing. I really hope they can win an international trophy before Jinggg goes to military service. Since Smth is confirmed to attend Champs I am hopeful for them to win it all this time.

Update-PRX got third at Masters Madrid, only behind GenG, the 1 seed in Pacific, and Sentinels, who got first PRX still putting up numbers and Pacific has truly made a mark
