    Another nice feature of these lectures is when the comments containing criticism without any inflamatory language get deleted. It's delightful.

    absolutely love Roy's lectures. Would love to hear him give a lecture on WWII - The War in the Pacific & The Bombs. And the history of Israel & Palestine
  • Love hearing you setting the record straight on what people think vs. what actually happened! My favorite is the notion people have political parties are so different! Also the ways the Executive Office has been redefined! Makes me realize what a historic time we are at right now!
  • Love Dr. Roy. I'm visiting San Antonio at the end of September / the beginning of October and I am seriously debating driving up just to try'n meet you;

    Oh my days. Perfect timing. Perfect length. Subject perfect given the timing. Lovely jubbly.
  • AWWWW YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA In college I studied polisci & econ to work at the UN or as a geopolitical risk forecaster, and then went to finance intelligence sales. My brain comes alive through Dr. Roy's content: If you love Dr. Roy's stuff, check out these podcasts: - History of Rome - Revolutions (both by Mike Duncan) - Blowback (about US involvement in Cuba, Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq) - The Age of Napoleon - The Reconquista - History of the Cuban Revolution - The Iberian knot: History of the Spanish Civil War - The Verge - History of Pirates
  • Dr. Roy is the greatest historian of our time. Love from Pakistan

    I love listening to encyclopedias that know words empathized with passion and a disciplined knowledge base. "Clear to the Universe."

    Ketchikan guy here. Love Roy casagrande! Love the shout out to my city. FYI we are on an island, not on the mainland, and we have 10,000 people in the city, 15,000 on the island. Our airport is on a separate island and the population there is probably about 50.
  • The happiest thing ive seen today is ur notification dr roy, keep posting more!

    I hope Dr Roy knows that behind the empty seats and scant laughs are thousands more behind paying attention, learning and having a great laugh whilst learning. I literally listen to these lectures while working and has been a great source of knowledge for myself and I’m sure, many! I hope our paths cross!
