This is a Little Nemo: Dream Master speedrun for the NES. This is a little under-rated gem for the NES. Made by Capcom and uses some interesting tricks and mechanics in the gameplay. The buffering tricks were the hardest part of this speedrun.

I also had this game as a kid. It was a rough one to get through. Although the hardest game in my collection, by far, was Monster Party. Fuck that game.
