Ukraine carried a “well-planed and well-executed” operation crossing the Russian border into Kursk, which may have been aided by an “intelligence failure” within Russian military structures, says Dr Domitilla Sagramoso.

I have so much respect for Ukrainians. They are disciplined and co-operative among themselves and with others.
