I've watched other cooking shows and I see people that are stressed out trying to bust out food in busy high end places. Pissed off cooks. This man cooks in peace. He enjoys the work and his tea like someone who enjoys their meditation. No rush. No pressures. No clamour of kitchen chaos. Just the music of a clean mountain stream, fire, and nature all around him. Even taking time to give a snack to the dog. Is it me or is he happier when he cooks for the children? I appreciate the peace and am amazed at the "curious" ingredients he uses to make these dishes. Super!

This is therapy, I miss my home which was rural, outdoors, small country and now live in a city of 7 million. Watching this makes me relaxed again. i need to go back before I get to old
