Coincidentally, today has been a day of deep introspection and almost overwhelming melancholy for me. Pondering about where we come from, and where we are headed towards as a species living on this planet. At some point during our evolution, we have lost our connection to Mother Earth, and started to believe we are somehow not subjected to the Rules of Life. That there are people like you out there, producing an art that allows lost souls like me to remember our heritage makes my hope rekindle its flame. Your music acts as some kind of much needed medicine for wary souls that needed reconciliation with Nature. Oh, Gealdyr, what a blessing you are...

Hey Gealdyr, I don't know if you will read this but I just wanted to tell you once that when around the time Gimle came out my grandfather died. He was like a true father to me and I remember I was sad at first, logically, but then as I saw your video I remembered that he indeed wanted to see his wife and son again who had already died. He had peace, and because of that song I had peace too. The one family member I loved the most had passed and the power of your songs gave me peace in that dark moment. Thank you for that, I want you to know how strong songs can be. Especially the ones you make. 😊
