The fact that you explain the reasons for how the code works, the sequence and effects of certain actions help in a more fundamental understanding of web design- of course this also helps in remembering the correct steps in making websites that are clean and work reliably!     This was a great tutorial. I've been working with Adobe and lynda.com for years, and until you said, "if you click on GLOBAL, it will override everything", I hadn't any idea that was true. I can now go back to my sites with an understanding of how to repair my earlier problems. Thanks!
