Great video and I totally agree. The universe is as reflective as it is interactive. If you can get present enough to step out of the ego and observe and open the heart, and understand if you take the sum of everything in your reality it's your reflection of your energetic matrix and from awareness comes potential change. There are several powerful mirror exercises we do which are transformative.

This is such a fantastic video. Honestly. Thank you so much. The one thing I'd add is that, in terms of projection, it could be for many reasons. So, for example, those who are worried about fidelity in relationships may be that way - not because they have a history of cheating - but because they've been cheated on in the past (e.g. Phoebe et al.'s 'diagnosis' of Ross' lack of trust after his first wife lied and cheated on him). The overall point remains, i.e. you're projecting, but it's just important to not dismiss the projection possibility because you think, 'Nah, I'm not obsessively worried about my partner cheating on me because I'm a cheater. It's because they're not trustworthy (etc. etc.), and I'm within my rights to worry''. No, not really. Our projections may be triggered for a plethora of reasons.
