This Stage IV Kit was developed to deliver maximum horsepower from the Milwaukee-Eight engine - all the way to the redline. The system-matched combination of larger displacement cylinders, free flowing CNC-Ported cylinder heads and a cam with the highest available valve lift are the starting point to building the perfect engine for the performance junkie. The addition of the large 64mm bore throttle body and high-flow injectors provides great acceleration from first gear through sixth and exceptional response at the twist of the throttle. Designed for a high level of flexibility, this package is ideal for riders who want stump pulling torque throughout the rpm range and also crave plenty of arm-pulling acceleration when you whack the throttle. Kit includes CNC Ported Cylinder Heads with Performance Valve Springs, 64mm Throttle Body, High Flow Injectors (5.5g/s), 4.075" Bolt-On Cylinders, Forged 11:1 High Compression Aluminum Coated Pistons and Rings, SE8-515 Cam, Cam Bearing Upgrade, High Performance Tappets, Multi-layer Coated Head Gaskets and most necessary gaskets and seals.

• Stage IV Kit 114CI to 117CI or 117CI to 117CI - Twin-Cooled
• Black with Highlighted Fins - Matches Original Equipment Non-CVO models
• Increases power by up to 40% when compared to the Original Equipment engine configurations
• Delivers increased response throughout the entire RPM range
• Maintains flat torque curve from cruising RPM to redline
• Can be installed without removing the engine from the chassis
• Retains Original Equipment Factory Warranty

  • Cool concept. Working on it on the showroom floor. Thanks for the video. I know this stuff takes work. Little O
  • In process of doing a 124. If you do not apply heat to the lifter guide bolts, there is a very high probability they will break. Ask me how I know. They feel like they are coming out fine up until the point they snap. Also had a lower rocker bolt break. There is way too much loctite on many of the fasteners. Little O

The oil pump you took out has already the 2020 oil pump with the rear seal. Why would it need to be upgraded? I was told by Harley that if it has the seal it’s the newest pump ..
  • Love the video. Very informative but who ever edited this needs to work on that audio. Great over all
  • just dropped $4800 on upgrade kit to a 131 from 114 2021 street glide special, also added a oil cooling fan plus under tank cooling fan onthe part list

From what I’ve read when upgrading to a 131, you should upgrade the clutch and clutch basket , and I’ve had several techs say you should change from a belt to a chain drive due to the increased horsepower and torque for reliability . What is your views on that?
  • What kind of ratchet/socket are you using to access the rear cylinder upper rocker box bolts at the back of the head? Is it a stubby? What type of ratchet?
  • @JCunningham21
Officer : i clocked you doing 120. Sorry officer I had Cant Stop My Heart playing. Officer: Ok try to slow it down next time. Nice bike.
  • @jamesbower6408
IMHO opinion, fuck warranty. Got a 24 cvo st and as soon as a stand alone ecm is ready, my bike is getting the works. Warranties are for people who are scared.
  • @JCunningham21
dont pull the lifter keeper. pull up the lifters remove the cam the remove the lifters out the bottom. leave the keepers alone
  • @roncoburn7771
lets see first throw away the lifters and injectors and cam dont need them pistons dont need the pipe and lets put in bigger injectors cp pistons s&s lifters a cam with a nice intake close and lift a 2-1 pipe with no converter and you got something then.
  • @colebean1426
Need an electric ratchet or atleast an air one. I guess working on a bike in the showroom noone would want to hear it.
  • @Purplenarwhal
Why don’t you try fixing your audio guys… or hire a better media producer. 🤦🏽‍♂️ you would think Harley with all its prestige and entitlement y’all would’ve hired a better camera man. 🤦🏽‍♂️ and not someone’s highschool kid who’s a member of the AV club.?
