The ego has many forms and takes many points of view. It is a real manipulator and it will get you to believe whatever it wants you to believe as long as you never really know who you are and your capacity for true self actualization.
In this talk I share how and why the ego says NO for more than YES.

    Your eyes are beautiful, thanks for the guidance. I agree with your description of the ego activity. I noticed the same thing in meditation, when pure consciousness is present in its silence the ego pops up saying but, but, but it can't be cuz of this and that. It seems its only function is to sustain the illusion of seperation by creating buts and comparisons with the past or expectations for the future. Anyways glad to have found your channel. 😊
