Still petitioning for SkillUp's gym journey to be called The Final Shape

Ralphs preference for spiders over crabs is the most Australian things I’ve ever heard lmao
  • @KlaelDemon
If Fallout 76 had "always been good", we wouldn't have gotten the golden years of Laymen Gaming/Lamon Gamon.

Hey Skillup! Thanks for shouting out Steamworld Heist 2! I’ve been a fan of the channel for years and also happen to be the Art Director for SWH2. It means a lot to me to see it featured here. You’re beautiful, keep up the good work ❤
  • Embracer did the split purely so they could load Asmodee with the all the debt they had acquired (all 900m of it!) as it was the only unit that could refinance the debt. Basically they've protected the game development units, at potentially the expense of Asmodee.

The fact Embracer sold Gearbox is insane

I can't wait for Henry to come visit us again at the end of this year. ❤

If Microsoft hasn't tapped one of its studios to work on Fallout, then they missed out. Bethesda won't even be able to get to it for many years, and it wasn't their original creation. It was even handed off briefly to Obsidian, also owned by Microsoft, and they made what is probably the highest regarded of the modern Fallout games.

can confirm that No Rest for the Wicked has been improved substantially since its release into Early Access. The itemization still needs a lot of work but it’s so fun that i keep coming back to it
  • @pozcreative9480
The devs of No Rest For The Wicked have been pushing out updates like crazy since EA was dropped, and the game has already been improved immensely. If the game has piqued your interest, don’t let the negative reviews scare you away, it’s really amazing!
  • Hey SkillUp, in case you missed it, the developer of Manor Lords, Greg, released a post of what Manor Lords is and is not. In that post he specifically distanced Manor Lords away from games like Total War, Crusader Kings, etc. I think this was a good post to properly align expectations.

"Come on, keep your head about you" is the perfect line for today's world

local franchise that did not want to set the world on fire sets world on fire, local ceo who says he could take responsibility for his failures doesn't take responsibility for his failures and there was no war in ba sing se

SkillUp, I don't know if you read all your comments, but I just wanted to say that I finally took your advice and played through Outer Wilds this past week and it was just as life changing as you promised. Thank you, sir, for pounding that one into our heads because I don't know if I would have given it a thought without your constant praise for it. Cheers.

Bold of that Embracer Group dude to assume that people are blaming anyone except him for this giant mess
  • @ope314
I know they have their own projects, but Obsidian and inXile are right there to work on a smaller Fallout game...

Last week you highlighted No Rest For The Wicked. It sounded very ambitious so I became a day 1 player despite not being much of a gamer. I have had no interest in playing any game like it before. That being said I am absolutely addicted. Many of the negative reviews are said to have come from people who took a peek and didn't like what they saw and dipped. Many have stuck it out and are thrilled. It got 4 patches in week 1. They really care. Day 1 was rough. People with nice pcs were stuck with potatoe fps. While the performance has increased with each patch it's not a high fps game, but it's also doesn't need to be. I emplore any and everyone to give it a chance. It's not expensive and a refund is always possible. Thanks skill up
  • 24:34 - So you completely missed the fact that he had to put out a disclaimer that what you said is NOT the case.
