I'm using Tubliss and a worn out Bib Mousse on my front tyre, working like a charm! I'm goig to do the same on the back one. Good video!

Can I put a smaller mousse in for better feel? I run a 110/100-18 tire and was thinking to use a 100/100-18 mousse.

I've tried cutting mousse inserts (Michelin and Nitro). It ain't easy. Maybe a wire hot knife of some sort (?)
