When the winter comes, I’m not sure if you do this, but I do. I will take a few of those pepper plants and plant them in a 5 gallon bag or a pot and over winter them because what happens is when spring starts again they will be blooming and giving you peppers before the new seedlings do so I have two overwinter pepper trees, three years old and I am getting big hand size peppers from them right now until the other ones start which flowering now

I always plant a lot just to share. We are not young but there are older neighbors that are older than us that greatly appreciate the fresh groceries!

  • Excellent video and super job presenting. We’re in northern Minnesota and going to plant our peppers this week. You gave us such tremendous info that will really improve our success and also other recipes. Thank you for sharing and what a well kept garden!
  • Can you do a video on the watering system that you have in those raised beds? Also what and where to order the components?
  • This is great information! Especially the info on fertilizing with respect to, not only what is recommended and why, but also what not to use, like extra nitrogen. This is very helpful! Gotta say, though, I really feel for your back! That's a lot of bending and standing! Please take care!

  • UGh, my peppers have been in for a couple of weeks and temps have dropped into the 40's at night and yes, we did notice the slow development.
  • Love this video. Love your garden. May I have some seeds from your California wonder green pepper? I would LOVE to grow them down here.
  • Can i ask why you take the flowers off? Im asking Because my pepers are slow going and everything else is busting at the seems. I just fell in love with your channel! We are trying to start our channel but were just back yard gardening on a big budget! Hopefully one day God will bless us with some more room maybe a greenhouse! Thank you for the knowledge!
